Samsung Galaxy S5 : The New and Improved

So FINALLY! we have heard the official statement regarding Samsung Galaxy S5 although the launch date seems to be earlier than everyone expected the Galaxy series lovers will be excited to get their hands on the new Galaxy S5. That being said the exact pricing and availability are still unknown. Samsung only specifically mentioned that the S5’s will launch on April 11th in 150 markets.
Despite the similarities with previous designs the new improvement in the hardware features and of course the fingerprint scanner, heart rate sensor, and a toned-down TouchWiz UI on top of Android 4.4 KitKat just might do the trick for the S5.

The new Galaxy retains the same 1080p Super AMOLED panel as the Galaxy S4; it’s a bit larger, at 5.1 inches. By now you must have realized that the viewing experience will be the same as the S4.A notify able improvement in hardware will be the powerful 2,800mAh battery which has a higher capacity than last year's model. Furthermore, something never before seen in the Galaxy Series: an element of water and dust resistance has been added to the S5.Now it has been reported that the back of the S5 is "leather-like," which basically means it's a fancy-looking polycarbonate build. Gorgeous, ain’t it? One of the features that I’m really excited about is the finger print scanner. Samsung's scanner, which works by swiping your finger down over the home button, has a few handy use cases. In addition to the statutory phone unlock option, it also lets you fingerprint protect a private data locker on your phone, in case you have confidential information you don't want getting out there.

The Galaxy S5 offers a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor with 2GB of RAM, an IR remote, Bluetooth 4.0,NFC,BLE/ANT+, Cat 4 LTE (up to 150Mbps down/50Mbps up) and your choice of 16GB or 32GB of internal storage, you can add up to 128GB via a microSD card if needed.
